1. What do you mean by a user in the Accountri platform?
A user is a resource (employee) added to the system with or without login access.
2. What are the features that are included in the plan?
We currently have 2 plans - Meet & Business. The Meet plan comes with all the video meeting features, Whereas the Business plan has all the features included in it. Please refer to the features mentioned in the pricing page.
3 .Can I have a free trial before purchasing your software?
Yes, the Business plan comes with a 30-Day free trial.
4. Do you have a free version of your software?
Yes, The Meet plan is free forever. Anyhow you can try out our Business plan with a 30-Day free trial
5. Do I need to provide my credit card details to have a free trial?
No, you need not provide any credit card details to have a free trial.
6. How many users can be added to the maximum on Accountri?
There is no limit to the users (employee) you can add to your account. However, you can contact us in the case of bulk user requirements.
7. Can I purchase a single feature from Accountri?
No, the package includes all features in it. However, a super admin user in your account can enable or disable a feature according to the user's work role.
8. Will you provide customized software?
We may not do customized software but, we will do our best to accommodate your needs into the software. That means we might tweak a feature based on your request free of cost. Let us know your business requirements and we might craft it out according to your needs.

You can add a user by adding an employee from the "Employee Management" module from your menu.

15. Can I upgrade the plan, if I was in a Meet plan?
Yes, you can always upgrade your account from a Meet plan to a Business plan. In order to upgrade, Renew & Buy Users from the dashboard you can go to Settings>System Administration>Plan Details.
